The year 1461, when Fatih Sultan Mehmet started the construction of the Grand Bazaar, is considered the year of establishment of the Grand Bazaar. The Grand Bazaar spreads over an area of 110 thousand 868 square meters. It is a huge shopping center with a covered area of 45 thousand square meters, 3600 shops on 65 streets and 14 inns. The Grand Bazaar resembles a magical labyrinth, with each corner smelling history. The Grand Bazaar, which is flooded by tourists at all hours of the day and always attracts attention with its crowd, houses shops in many different areas such as valuable jewelery, antiques and food and beverage in this magical labyrinth. Although it has undergone many changes until today, it is possible to understand what was done and what was sold there in the past with the names of the streets and inns of the Grand Bazaar.

Delita City Hotel is only 10 km away from the Grand Bazaar, where the heart of history beats.
