LEGAL NOTICE

On one side in the following “a customer” real and/or legal person and on the other side in the following articles who is that called as “Hotel” Delita Grup Turizm İnşaat Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd Şti located at Hrant Drink STREET No:69 19 MAYIS Neighborhood ŞIŞLI/ ISTANBUL/ TURKEY Delita City Hotel; in the following articles called as sides.

These sides; that the contract is an official offer, including the all conditions for present the mercenary accommodation service, being connective, is in the www.delitacityhotel.com web site, considering that it can not change by customer, they have being agree the contract within the following articles.

1. CONTRACT SUBJECT

1.1. In accordance with this agreement, the hotel is obliged to provide hotel accommodation at the request of the customer (in the future, the ‘service’).1.2. Upon the signing of this agreement(the customer agrees to sign this agreement by booking accommodation and/or services offered by the hotel), the customer confirms that he has been informed of the hotel accommodation rules, booking rules and tariffs.1.3. When the Hotel confirms the customer's request, the parties will enter into this agreement.

2. THE WAY OF THE ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION

2.1. For make hotel reservation, the costumer should call the hotel's landline phone and tell about the reservation, also the customer should fill in the form on www.delitacityhotel.com. 2.2. If the customer want to cancel the requisition or make a alteration, costumer should call the hotel's landline phone and costumer is have to accord to contract and fulfil the conditions or mailing to info@delitacityhotel.com. 2.3. When the customer want to make alteration, the alteration that the hotel did, is being charged with pay the reservation and cancelling statement. 2.4. With the contract when the customer is making reservations at special (earyl time reservation etc.) if the customer want to make changes for any reason, the new reservation is not gonna be discounted which date that the customer booked that time payments are gonna be payed and customer is have being accept,commitmen,declare that. Customer is accepted that the there is gonna be no discount without the special discount times. 2.5. Hotel is gonna answer the customer's changing requirement when hotel is available. 2.6.

Age discount, discount for children will apply if they stay in the same room with their parents (with two adults) and/or one of their parents or, if any, their legal representative. According to this Agreement, at the time of booking registration, the age of the child/children to be accommodated, reported by the customer, will be taken into account in the registration process to be made at the time of entry to the hotel. In order to determine the age of the child, the hotel officer may request that the identity of the child/s be presented upon arrival at the hotel. In this case, the customer will be presented with the identity of the child. If the age of the child reported at the booking stage and the age of the child in the identity records are different

the customer agrees, declares and undertakes to make the necessary changes to the reservation and to cover the difference in fees arising from this. 2.7. There will be at least one customer over the age of 18 in the hotel room. People under the age of 18 can stay with at least one adult.

3. THE WAY OF THE PAYMENT

3.1. Billeted at the hotel Customer, through our online booking system or online payment by credit card will enter their credit card information into the system during with the help of our customer representatives customer representatives and they are forwarded to the payments to be made on behalf of the customer desired date, room, etc. performs purchase with information.3.2. The hotel shall not cover and in no way be held responsible for any damage caused by damaging programs and similar program systems caused by the customer's computer and due to the customer's carelessness, the information and documents and secrets learned by third parties.3.3. The customer shall present to the hotel staff at the time of check-in the hotel the credit card he used for payment when registering online reservations or a photocopy of the front part of this credit card. Liability for damages / damages arising from the failure of the customer to fulfill these responsibilities shall belong to the customer. In addition, the hotel has no obligation to check the accuracy of the documents submitted by the customer, and the customer is responsible for all legal disputes and material/moral damages that may arise in this regard.3.4. The invoice will be given to the customer after receiving the service at the time of departure from the hotel. If the customer does not receive the invoice during the exit, it will be sent to the address specified by the customer. If the customer has not specified the address to send the invoice, the invoice will be sent to the contact address. The hotel will not be held responsible for the failure to receive the invoice for the reasons that the customer specified the wrong address, did not specify the buyer, or did not have the buyer at the specified address.

3.5. Payments to be made on our site will be in Turkish Lira. In other payment methods (bank transfers, etc.) Euro, American dollar and British Pound are available. Information about exchange rates T.C is provided by the Central Bank.

4. REFUND FORM AND CANCELLATION OF THE PAYMENT

4.1. If the reservation made by the customer is under the name of the non-refundable reservation category, the accommodation fee received from the customer will not be refunded in case the customer requests to cancel the reservation.4.2. If the reservation made by the customer is under the name of the refunded reservation category, the entire payment made shall be made 30 (thirty) days before the date of the customer's entry into the hotel 2.2.if he transmits it to the hotel via one of the methods in the article, the payment he has made by the hotel within 30 (Thirty) working days following this request, Commission, tax, etc. he will ask for a refund, deducting the costs.4.3. If the cancellation request is made earlier than 30 (thirty) days from the date of the customer's entry into the hotel, it will not be possible to refund the entire accommodation fee received from the customer, and the customer considers and declares that he has paid this amount to the hotel as a criminal condition as irrevocable. Business in accordance with this agreement, the customer is obliged to pay the applicable value added tax if the value added tax must be paid for the criminal conditions and other compensation that the customer will pay. 4.4. At the time of booking registration, refunds or refunds from credit card payments will be deposited by the hotel to the bank account to which the credit card of the customer to whom the payment was made and/or to the bank account to which the payment was sent. 4.5.In all refund transactions, Commission, tax, etc.by the hotel.  costs will be deducted and returned to the customer.

5. THE WAY OF ACCOMMODATION

5.1. The age and identity of the customer and his / her companions will be checked at the time of entry. The customer has accepted, declared and committed the legal responsibilities that may arise due to the customer's misinformation. The customer will also cover the expenses that may arise due to this situation. 5.2. The customer will pay the extra expenses during the stay at the time of departure.5.3. The customer has agreed that no matter what time he arrives at the hotel, he will settle in the room at 14:00 at the earliest on the day of arrival at the hotel and no matter what time he leaves the hotel, he will leave the room at 11:00 at the latest, he will pay for the additional service that will be provided to him after he leaves the room.5.4. The full booking fee will be charged at the time of online booking.5.5. Pets will not be accepted by the hotel. If the customer has brought his pet with him and insists on accommodation together, in violation of the rules; the reservation will be cancelled and the fee will not be refunded. 5.6. Payment will not be refunded if the customer abandons the service for any reason other than that the hotel does not fulfill its responsibilities after checking into the hotel.

6.THE SIDES RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1. The customer, during his stay at the hotel; inappropriate, disturbing, will cause security violation, will cause civil and criminal disputes, may constitute a violation of the rules in the hotel contract, etc. if he engages in behavior, he accepts and declares that he is responsible for his behavior and is responsible for any material and moral damage that may occur/occur due to this behavior.6.2.If the customer violates any article of the contract, the customer agrees and undertakes to cover any damage suffered by the hotel as a result of the violation it has committed. 6.3.The hotel may change the terms and conditions of the accommodation service according to the seasonal conditions and tourist season.

7. OTHER PROVISIONS

7.1. Adverse weather conditions, strike-lockout, terror, military action, flood, fire, etc. unpredictable situations will be considered force majeure. In the event of such situations, the hotel may not continue to provide services.7.2. Hotel, feast or New Year etc. it reserves the

right to change the schedules of other special days for reasons not related to the hotel.7.3. In the settlement of disputes arising under this agreement, the client accepts, declares and undertakes that the District Courts are authorized. 7.4. The hotel reserves the right to reimburse the material and spiritual amounts caused by damage, destruction and/or lost parts caused by the customer in his room and in general areas. 7.5. The customer must not send any goods, goods or promotional materials subject to customs on behalf of the hotel's employees. The hotel is not responsible for customs procedures under any circumstances. 7.6. According to the law, smoking is prohibited in the closed areas of the hotel. These prohibitions will be determined within the framework of the law. Therefore, the use of any kind of cigarettes or tobacco products inside the hotel is not allowed, except in the specified guest rooms. 7.7. The windows of the hotel rooms are kept locked to avoid any damage to the customer and it is forbidden to open/attempt to open them. It can only be used in the form of vasistas; otherwise, the hotel is not responsible for damage to the customer. 7.8 the customer cannot make a level of noise and noise in the hotel room that will disturb other customers. Otherwise, the customer will be checked out of the hotel and there will be no refund.

7.9. Business this contract will enter into a circuit with the booking number that will be provided to it by the hotel after the customer has booked and paid, and will end with the customer leaving the hotel. 7.10.For all notification transactions to be made about this Agreement, the parties agree that the address specified in the agreement is the address that benefits the notification. 7.11. Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) courts and executive offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from the application of this Agreement
